Returns Policy
When you purchase any product on Motovan.com you will have to select a Dealership during the checkout process. This Dealership will become your NUMBER 1 point of contact for any issues regarding your product. This will include returning products purchased on Motovan.com
You will need to refer to your selected Dealerships Return Policy in order to determine if and how you can return the product purchased. This can be found on their respective websites or by calling them using the phone number provided on your invoice.
Please remember that all products must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels and/or stickers.
All items on sale that are identified as FINAL SALE cannot be returned except if the product is defective and/or damaged.
Please note SHIPPING FEES will not be refunded unless the item is defective or broken.
